The Results

The Hilton communities grew substantially and engagement increased on all three Facebook pages despite Facebook’s low organic reach. Content created in house was also featured regularly on the Hilton global Instagram channel.

The Brief

To work with Hilton Middle East and Africa to manage the Facebook platforms for Hilton HHonors, The DoubleTree by Hilton and Hilton Worldwide.

The Solution

Annie spearheaded an effective social media campaign in Arabic and English. The plan included communicating with over 1,000,000 Facebook users daily across the Middle East with community managers fielding queries, including complaints, questions and room reservation requests. Regular meetings with local properties and implementing a content portal in order to get the most up-to-date information from each property, was a key component of the success of the campaign.
