Prestige heads to Dubai’s newest development to discover what makes Sanctuary Falls so spectacular

In Dubai, one is spoilt for choice when it comes to luxurious homes and themed developments in serene surroundings. Among these is the suitably named Sanctuary Falls, a development by Shaikh Holdings situated at the Earth golf course designed by Greg Norman in the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates.

When Shaikh Holdings decided to design this development, they set out to create a concept of living which is benchmarked against a resort-style lifestyle on a golf course. The first of its kind in the region, Sanctuary Falls has 96 distinctly styled ‘resort homes’, which can be customised to meet every family’s unique needs, fitted out with the latest technology, appliances and exceptional features.

Nestled amidst golf landscapes and inspiring lakes, each home is reminiscent of a five-star hotel, due to the expertise of the team of international architects, interior designers and landscape artists, also responsible for the likes of Ritz-Carlton and The Four Seasons hotels. Every home, whether it is 5,600 ft. or 10,000 ft., comes equipped with quality brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Villeroy & Boch, Scavolini, Miele, and Fratelli Rossi and has a dedicated concierge service by Quintessentially.

Shaikh Holdings and their international team of designers have exerted themselves in creating a development that lives up to the name Sanctuary Falls. With solid wooden floors and porcelain tiles, outstanding lighting, an impressive kitchen, extraordinary advanced home automation system, and resort elements such as water fountains and swimming pools, residents will find their safe haven at this lavish development. These magnificent family residences have been meticulously designed to offer a unique living experience which sees customised deluxe homes set in a relaxing resort and leisure setting.

“Property Finder had launched a magazine for its top clientele which included a selection of editorial features and a section of property listings. The magazine was designed to engage a target audience of high net worth, international, informed and well-connected individuals and as a result required engaging content that appealed to this audience. Travel Ink, with their understanding of the luxury sector, were able to provide the entire editorial content on a bi-monthly basis through their experienced team of writers. The end result was a magazine that was making a return on its investment within the first year. Travel Ink were professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services in the future.”
