INSIDE ATM PREVIEW – MODERATOR KAREN OSMAN ON BUSINESS TRAVEL TRENDS
TOP BUSINESS TRAVEL TRENDS
Moderator Karen Osman looks at the current trends in the business travel sector, and examines what changes the industry can expect in the future.
The global hospitality industry is set to wow the world with hotel industry revenue predicted to touch $550 billion in 2016 – and the role played by global and regional travel trends is tremendous. From hotels and airlines to travel agents and experience providers, travel trends continue to be a source of interest and inspiration to the industry.
As the moderator for The Top Business Travel Trends seminar, I’m looking forward to bringing together panellists from dnata, Travelport, Euromonitor International and AccorHotels Middle East, all of who are industry experts in their respective fields.
This session will discuss current and future trends, and how they can be effectively leveraged to add value to the user experience and the importance of devising out-of-the-box strategies to appeal to the corporate travel sector. Panellists will also touch upon the ‘bleisure’ concept. Corporate travellers are making the most of their downtime during business trips to enjoy leisure activities; we’ll discuss how can the industry make the most of these ‘bizcation’ selling opportunities?
The session is open to travel agents, tour operators, hotels, TMCs and DMCs and I look forward to it being a lively, stimulating and informative discussion. If you’re a player in the business travel field, then this business travel trends seminar is definitely not one to be missed.
