We are proud to be the premier provider of intelligent, reliable air services globally, everyday. From cargo and catering to ground handing and travel services, we understand that we serve our customers best by delighting their customers. That’s why we go the extra mile to provide innovative, efficient and reliable service every single time.
Our cargo business spans three continents and handles over 2.6 million tonnes annually. That's over 7,000 tonnes of cargo a day. We continually raise industry standards by adopting and adapting the latest technology to make our logistics the most efficient and reliable. In a world of instant communication, expectations run high. Real-time tracking helps us to turn around express cargo in less than one hour. We are continually pioneering industry standards through investment in technology. Even under extreme conditions, our people deliver on the promise to send each item on its way in a safe, timely manner. Our cargo operations continue to expand internationally and so, more often than not, it’s our people loading and unloading the shipments at each end – with the same care and dedication every time.
“I hired Travel Ink on a one-month contract to do some copywriting for a major brand launch project. Before the internal team could even wrap their heads around the new tone, the writer picked it up and made it her own; bringing each written piece of communication to life with the personality of our new brand. She was lovely to work with, open to feedback and a strong team collaborator. She took ownership and initiative of each assignment. Time was not on our side on this project, and Travel Ink definitely helped take the pain away on our copywriting needs.”

EMIRATES GROUP - DNATA
Dnata, part of Emirates Group, had recently gone through a rebrand which included a new style and tone for their communication. Based on site, working closely with the Emirates’ corporate communications team, Travel Ink was tasked with re-writing all of dnata’s communication in the new style including the website, fact sheets and brochure, and press and advertising material.
Over a four-week period, time was spent understanding the new tone of voice before starting the re-writing process. As well as re-writing the material, we also undertook an in-depth fact-checking process to ensure the latest information was correct.
The project included
• Review and understanding of brand guidelines
• Research, fact-checking, interviewing
• The writing of all communication material
• Editing and proofreading
• Project management
